Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Shengjin Digital LLC ("Shengjin Digital," "Storyboard2Video," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of Storyboard2Video, including our website, account features, AI storyboard and video generation tools, subscriptions, credits, downloads, and support channels (the "Service").

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credits, clicking to accept these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, team, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If the law where you live requires a higher age to use online services or make purchases, that higher age applies. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law, sanctions, export controls, or platform rules.

Accounts and Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including prompts, storyboard images, generated videos, purchases, downloads, and communications. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or payment method has been used without authorization.

We may require email verification, abuse checks, payment checks, moderation checks, or other reasonable controls before enabling or continuing access to parts of the Service.

AI Generation and Creative Content

Storyboard2Video helps users turn story ideas into storyboard images and short video drafts with AI systems. The current workflow may include story prompts, storyboard generation, and video generation from the storyboard. You are responsible for the prompts, references, project data, and other materials you submit ("User Content"), and for reviewing generated results before publishing, sharing, or using them commercially.

You retain your rights in User Content. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment obligations, we assign to you the rights we have in outputs generated for you by the Service ("Generated Content"), to the extent permitted by applicable law and the rights of our providers.

AI output can be unpredictable. Generated Content may contain errors, artifacts, unwanted similarities to third-party content, or material that requires additional rights clearance. We do not guarantee that Generated Content is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, accurate, suitable for a particular use, or accepted by any platform, advertiser, publisher, marketplace, or rights holder.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, display, adapt, and modify User Content and Generated Content as needed to operate, secure, support, moderate, improve, and troubleshoot the Service. We may process content through third-party AI, moderation, storage, payment, analytics, email, hosting, and infrastructure providers.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• violate laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, or third-party rights;
• generate, upload, request, edit, or distribute illegal, hateful, abusive, harmful, harassing, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, NSFW, or deceptive content;
• create sexual content involving minors, sexualized depictions of minors, or any content that exploits, endangers, targets, grooms, or harms children;
• create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, deceptive face swaps, unauthorized impersonations, or content that suggests a real person said or did something they did not consent to;
• promote, instruct, or facilitate violence, self-harm, exploitation, fraud, phishing, malware, weapons, evasion of law enforcement, or other dangerous or unlawful activity;
• impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, or create misleading political, medical, financial, legal, or safety-critical content;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, or confidential information;
• upload malware, scrape the Service, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with security controls;
• resell, rent, sublicense, or provide access to the Service in a way that competes with Storyboard2Video unless we separately authorize it;
• use automated methods to create accounts, abuse credits, evade moderation, exploit pricing or refund systems, or overload the Service.

AI Safety, Moderation, and Enforcement

Storyboard2Video applies access controls, credit limits, rate limits, provider safeguards, and prompt moderation before eligible image or video generation requests are submitted to upstream AI providers. We may also review abuse signals, failed moderation decisions, payment-risk signals, generation metadata, support reports, and provider callbacks to protect the Service and comply with law, payment-network rules, and provider policies.

We may block prompts, generations, downloads, accounts, or payments that appear to violate these Terms or create operational, legal, safety, provider, payment, or platform risk. We may remove or disable access to content, suspend or terminate accounts, reverse credits, refuse refunds where abuse is involved, preserve records needed for investigation, and report unlawful or child-safety-related conduct to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

Plans, Credits, Payments, and Taxes

Paid plans, credit grants, taxes, renewal terms, usage limits, supported generation models, and feature availability are shown at checkout or in the Service. Prices and features may change prospectively.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the checkout provider's flow or the account settings available in the Service. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

Credits are a metered digital entitlement for eligible generation features, including storyboard image generation and video generation. Credits may expire, may be limited by plan, and are not cash, stored value, gift cards, or transferable property. We may correct credit balances affected by errors, failed generations, refunds, chargebacks, abuse, provider callbacks, or manual support adjustments.

You are responsible for taxes, duties, currency conversion fees, bank fees, and payment-provider fees that apply to your purchase unless the checkout page states otherwise.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility, credit-pack treatment, failed-generation remedies, and request steps are described in our Refund Policy. That policy is part of these Terms. Unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout, purchases are final after delivery of account access, subscription time, credits, downloads, storyboard images, or generated videos.

Downloads and Asset Storage

The Service may store generated storyboard images and videos and provide preview, download, batch download, or signed-link access. We may set technical limits on asset size, retention, download frequency, and availability. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of materials you need long term.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, AI generation, moderation, storage, payments, email, analytics, hosting, security, and other infrastructure. Your use of those features may be subject to provider terms, privacy notices, availability, pricing, and technical limits. We are not responsible for third-party services, provider outages, model behavior, payment-provider decisions, or external platform requirements.

Storyboard2Video is an independent product. Model names shown in the Service, including ChatGPT Image 2, Seedance 2.0, and other third-party AI models, identify available integrations or workflows only. Storyboard2Video is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the creators, owners, or providers of those models, and model owners do not control or approve our Service unless expressly stated.

Intellectual Property

The Service, software, user interface, branding, documentation, workflows, templates, and other materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you. You may not remove notices, copy protected product elements, or use our branding without permission.

If you believe content in the Service infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify the material, your rights, and the action requested.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, disable downloads, refuse transactions, or close accounts if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, failed to pay, or used the Service abusively or unlawfully.

Termination does not eliminate obligations that should reasonably survive, including payment obligations, ownership provisions, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, and dispute terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, security, accuracy, and error-free output.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shengjin Digital and its affiliates, providers, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, content, business opportunities, or platform access.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event that caused the claim, or USD $100 if you did not pay for the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or liability limits. In those jurisdictions, the limits apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the U.S. state where Shengjin Digital LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the state and federal courts located in the state where Shengjin Digital LLC is organized will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

You and Shengjin Digital agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

Region-Specific Terms

If mandatory local consumer, privacy, or digital-service laws apply to you, nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived by contract. If any provision is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it will be limited or modified only as much as necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Generated Content complies with local laws, platform rules, advertising standards, intellectual property rules, and disclosure requirements that apply to your use case.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
