Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what is and is not allowed when using Storyboard2Video. It applies to our website, accounts, prompts, uploaded or referenced materials, storyboard images, generated videos, downloads, credits, subscriptions, support channels, and any other product features (the "Service"). This AUP is part of our Terms of Service.

Storyboard2Video is built for lawful creative planning, storyboarding, and video drafting. You are responsible for the prompts, references, assets, instructions, outputs, and downstream uses connected to your account.

Independent Product and Third-Party Models

Storyboard2Video is an independent product. Model names shown in the Service, including ChatGPT Image 2, Seedance 2.0, and other third-party AI models, identify available integrations or workflows only. Storyboard2Video is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the creators, owners, or providers of those models unless we expressly say otherwise.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use Storyboard2Video to create, upload, request, edit, distribute, sell, or facilitate content or activity that:

• violates laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, court orders, or third-party rights;
• is sexually explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, NSFW, fetish-focused, or intended for sexual arousal;
• depicts, describes, requests, or facilitates child sexual abuse, sexual exploitation of minors, sexualized minors, grooming, or any content that targets, endangers, or harms children;
• creates or requests non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, deceptive face swaps, or sexualized depictions of a real person without consent;
• promotes, glorifies, instructs, or facilitates self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, physical harm, torture, graphic violence, weapons misuse, terrorism, extremism, or violent wrongdoing;
• harasses, bullies, threatens, doxxes, dehumanizes, or attacks people based on protected characteristics or vulnerable status;
• impersonates a person or organization, misrepresents affiliation, fabricates endorsements, or suggests that a real person said or did something without proper consent or disclosure;
• facilitates fraud, phishing, scams, spam, malware, credential theft, automated abuse, evasion of moderation, evasion of law enforcement, or other cybersecurity abuse;
• provides professional advice or high-stakes claims in legal, medical, financial, safety, political, employment, housing, education, or similar contexts in a deceptive or unsupported way;
• infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, confidential information, or contractual obligations;
• includes personal data that you do not have the right to use, disclose, or process;
• exploits pricing, credits, subscriptions, refunds, chargebacks, promotions, referral systems, support channels, or payment flows;
• overloads, scrapes, probes, reverse engineers, bypasses, or interferes with Storyboard2Video, our providers, or their security controls.

AI Image and Video Restrictions

Because Storyboard2Video can generate visual media, the following uses are also prohibited:

• requests to generate or modify sexualized images or videos, including nudity, erotic content, pornographic scenarios, or NSFW variations;
• images or videos that sexualize children, childlike characters, students, family roles involving minors, or any person represented as under 18;
• realistic or misleading depictions of public figures, private persons, brands, institutions, or events that could deceive viewers about origin, endorsement, identity, consent, or authenticity;
• face swaps, voice or likeness misuse, identity cloning, or deepfake-style output without consent and clear rights;
• content intended to humiliate, intimidate, blackmail, stalk, expose, or exploit a person;
• attempts to bypass safety filters by using coded language, misspellings, image references, multi-step prompts, hidden instructions, or repeated variations.

Moderation and Safety Controls

Storyboard2Video uses access controls, login requirements, credit limits, rate limits, prompt moderation, provider safeguards, payment-risk checks, generation metadata, and abuse monitoring to reduce misuse. We may block a prompt before generation, stop a generation in progress, prevent downloads, restrict account features, refuse checkout, hold payment-related access for review, or require support review when safety or payment signals create risk.

Moderation decisions may rely on automated systems, provider callbacks, user reports, support evidence, and manual review. These systems are not perfect. A prompt or output may be blocked even if you did not intend to violate this AUP, and a generated result can still require your own legal, platform, brand, or rights review before use.

Enforcement

If we believe your use violates this AUP, our Terms, provider policies, payment-network rules, or applicable law, we may take action, including:

• warning you or asking you to revise prompts or remove content;
• blocking prompts, generations, downloads, accounts, payments, or support requests;
• removing or disabling access to content;
• suspending or terminating accounts;
• reversing credits, refusing abusive refund requests, or restricting purchases;
• preserving records needed to investigate abuse, security incidents, payment disputes, or legal requests;
• reporting unlawful or child-safety-related conduct to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

We may also act against behavior that is not listed here but creates a clear legal, safety, provider, payment, platform, or operational risk.

Please include enough detail for us to identify the account, prompt, output, URL, transaction, or content involved.

Updates

We may update this AUP as our Service, providers, laws, payment rules, and safety practices evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
